Ekaterina and Magdalena's Stellar Presentation Wins Hearts and Judges!

We are thrilled to share some truly inspiring news from the world of technology and youth empowerment. Recently, two remarkable Year 12 students, Ekaterina and Magdalena, showcased their talents and vision at the Techgirls competition held locally at Eastern Mediterranean University. Their impressive achievement of securing 2nd place not only highlights their technical skills but also their dedication to making a positive impact.

At the heart of their project was a powerful mission: to combat cyberbullying. With a thoughtful blend of creativity and cutting-edge technology, Ekaterina and Magdalena developed an AI-powered solution designed to prevent, detect, and ultimately reduce cyberbullying. Their initiative stood out for its innovation and meaningful purpose, capturing the attention and admiration of the judges.

What made their presentation so memorable was not just the technical sophistication, but the passion and clarity with which they communicated their ideas. It was a compelling reminder of how technology can be harnessed to create safer, kinder online spaces—something that resonates deeply in today’s digital age.

This achievement serves as an encouraging example for other young people interested in technology and community impact. Congratulations, Ekaterina and Magdalena! Their accomplishment is a proud moment for all of us, and we can’t wait to see where their talents take them next.
