The best gift around a Christmas tree is the presence of a happy ESK family! The last week of term was full of festive fun, as students and staff came together to celebrate the end of 2023.
Spreading a little festive joy in our community
On the last week of term, Students in both Primary and Secondary paid a special visit to Cheshire Home Kyrenia to deliver the wonderful gifts that our staff, parents and students contributed to the Helping Hands Secret Santa Project.
Who are Cheshire Home Kyrenia?
Cheshire Home Kyrenia is a long-established charity which offers a place of comfort and socialisation for those with disabilities. Â ESK has been supporting Cheshire Home Kyrenia for many years through numerous activities, helping to renovate the buildings and purchase much-needed equipment, as well as organising various volunteering opportunities, where students spend time socialising with the members.

Community spirit did not end there ...
To mark the end of exams, Secondary staff and students organised a delightful Winter fair, with many tasty treats, fun games, and prizes to be won. It was great to see students bringing out their entrepreneurial skills to raise some community spirit.
A total of 62, 875 TL was raised from the event and will be donated to our local charity, Cheshire Home Kyrenia.

Primary’s Musical Theatre club surprised their friends with an enchanting pantomime, a twist on the classic story ‘A Christmas Carol’.
