This year, we are beyond excited to relaunch our student-led newspaper, revamped!
The newly launched Lion's Gazette newspaper offers a variety of stories and articles that connect with all members of our school community. The inaugural edition was released in December to commemorate the festive season, featuring a merry tweak to the logo.

The Inspiration For The Logo
The Gazette's name proudly draws inspiration from our Lions school emblem and sports mascot. Students went head-to-head to design and vote on the Lions Gazette Logo in a very exciting Logo Playoffs competition. It was down to four designs, and following a vote within our ESK community, the new Lions gazette Logo was decided.

Each edition will feature the latest Primary and Secondary school events, the current news travelling the world, student literary works, and entertaining word games. Here's a snapshot of a short story, written by Heidi in Year 7.

We were highly impressed by the dedication, talent and teamwork that went into producing the first edition. Our aspiring journalist interviewed students and staff with professionalism, sitting front row at school events to capture it’s true essence. A huge congratulations to all students and staff involved. We can't wait for the next edition!
